Notice how I have to pay Newham Council for a debt to Brentwood Council ? WTF They all sell debts on which is against the bills of exchange act. Notice how there was no signature too ? Again it is an invitation to pay or an invoice which I disagree with. No way am I paying you anything……

Rebuttal of your claim.
Dear CEO/Chief/Top Dog/Head Honcho of: Debt resolution services enforcement,
Can`t find a name for the CEO as you`re not registered as a company – When I asked your Customer service agent they said you are not a company but you are a service!
I write regarding the alleged debt which is null and void for several reasons.
The “Basildon Magistrates court” Hires out the venue and uses it as a business. This is confirmed by the Court –

It does not follow due process of law, this is against the human rights act: Article 6: Right to a fair and public hearing
Brentwood is a company and has no legal contract with me.
The Local council should not be funded by Local people but by Income Tax.
The MOJ Ministry of Justice has responded to my Data Subject Access Request and confirmed there is no court case files for this case. This makes the debt null and void. I attach as proof.
This is a civil matter and got nothing to do with you.
You cannot gain entry for a civil matter, If anyone tries to break in my house they will be very sorry, very quickly. This is a warning to you. I will defend my house and private abode with whatever force I feel is needed. You have no rights to take any of my property without my permission
You will not be let onto my property; I will not even answer the door and confirm my name.
You are now given notice that I remove your implied right of access. Anyone from your company, or who has any affiliation to yourselves will be considered harassing me and will be dealt with.
Don`t send me any more letters and try to intimidate me. That’s known as extortion and carries a serious prison sentence.
Cease and desist contacting me immediately or I will take action against you in your private capacity.
My home security is always recording, I am giving you notice this will be used in evidence if need be.
Remove all my data you have for me under GDPR and confirm this in writing. If you do not do this you will be reported to the Information Commissioners Office. You have 20 working days from the date of this letter. You have a legal duty to do this and all breaches of this duty will be reported.
Don`t ever contact me again unless it`s to tell me you have removed my data and you have sent the “Debt” back to Brentwood council.
If I receive any more threatening and intimidating letters or phone calls or knocks on the door I will consider this harassment and start litigation.
I suggest you send this back to Brentwood Council / Basildon Magistrates Tell Johnathan Stephenson the CEO. I`m not paying his fake tax. Ever. I don`t care about any poxy debt collectors.

If I have to write any more letters explaining the law to you, my fees are £500 per letter to compensate me for my time, knowledge and expenses, to be paid immediately.

Heres an experiment, write a Freedom of information Request letter to your CEO of your local Council and ask him if he or she has heard of and abides by the local government act 1888? as i have done below.
They wont respond because they cant or its very hard to. They already just breached GDPR by not responding in time. They dont like admitting certain things on whatdotheyknow.com like – they are a registered for profit company on dun and bradstreet. Or they break the law by them sending out court summons to a hired out courtroom that doesnt follow due process of law and breaks the human rights act article 6 right to a fair trial.
They ignore you for ages so I request again. Do not let them beat you. Unlucky Phillip. He seems very upset they got to make up some more semi beleivable lies in the hope that I give up……No mate. I wont.
